If I Can Do It, So Can You!: How to make a serious life crisis the best thing that ever happened!

It had to happen, I just didn't realise it. Finally, I broke. However, something very deep within me told me not to give up; I had to fix myself and so this is the story of how I did it and went beyond fixing the old me but creating a new me: the me I was meant to be. We all can. We all need to feel love, encouragement and inspiration in order to flourish and to be our best. Through witnessing and feeling positivity, there are no limits to what we can do. I proved this and more importantly, I proved it to me. To then be told by someone half my age that I was 'a f***ing inspiration' was the best compliment that I've ever received and made me realise what I'd achieved. If I can do it, so can you!
